Accommodation at The Warren
We offer lovely, spacious holiday accommodation as we don't believe in bunnies closed in small hutches, with only a limited access to excercise. We have taken the decision to only have a relatively small number of guests at any one time so we can offer this space rather than 'stacking them up' and compromising the room we can offer here.
The runs are sited on concrete (apart from Number 3) and next to our house. All accommodation has an attached run/outside space. Bunnies have 24 hr access to their run as well as being transfered out into runs on the lawn for the daytime. There is usually someone at home every day but, when there isn't, bunnies are not allowed out into the lawn runs. The garden is enclosed on all sides and safe.
The House
A wonderful walk-in aviary style accommodation for bunnies. It measures 8' x 8' and has internal shelving, ramps and walk-ways to explore. There is also a triple hutch inside, which they can find a cosy corner in.
This accommodation is perfect for groups of bunnies or giant breeds. It also has Runaround.co.uk tunneling out into an 8'x4' grass run.
NB Giant breeds won't fit through the tunnelling but they can have a play out on the lawn with us instead.
Number 3
Number 3 is a 5'x5' wendy house with permenant access to an outside run at the side. The run is totally enclosed (including roof) in fox-proof wire so your bunnies will be safe at all times.
The house links to the outside run via a short tunnel which is closed at night, for extra safety.
The Chickens
Don't worry, no chickens have ever lived in this one! It is just a chicken coop and run that we are using because we find they make excellent bunny accommodation. The fully covered walk-in run is 8' x 6' and is attached to the coop via a Runaround.co.uk tunnel.
The run has varying stools and platforms for the bunnies to sit on.
The Tunnels

This is a fun place to stay! A double tier 5' hutch with a Runaround tunnel into a 3'x3' run which, in turn, has a 12' Runaround leading through the flower bed and into a 6'x4' apex-roofed wire lawn run.
The Penthouse
The Penthouse offers flexible accommodation for either bunnies or Guinea Pigs.
A 5' hutch sits over a 5' x 5' run which, in turn, connects via a short tunnel to another run of the same size (left in the picture), offering a total exercise area of 50 sq feet.
The Corner
The Corner is a right-angled hutch of interestingness! The upper level is a hutch with with 'balcony' area - leading into a cosy, dark bedroom then through to the landing area where the stairs go down to the ground floor run space. A Runaround tunnels leads into an 8'x3'x3' run. At 3' high there is lots of lovely head room and there are lots of interesting things to sit on and explore.
